The business is Brew Coffee Roasters. The brainchild of owner and founder Peter Barile. This switched-on businessman has not come this far without hard work, sacrifices and an inner determination to succeed. The beauty of this man is that he has achieved success without being born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
Working seven days a week, 12 hours a day has instilled in Peter not only a great work ethic but thankfully a vision to create something special for his family, his loyal staff and importantly for all those who call on his business for their coffee needs both retail and wholesale.
Brew Coffee Roasters is achieving a level of success that is well under the radar of most, a testament to all involved. They would rather deliver continued excellence in service and in products than spend time spruiking about it.
Peter’s background within the hospitality sector has roots operationally with Dome Cafes and Croissant Express and the establishment of Brew-Ha of Subiaco. In 2006 Brew Coffee Roasters was created which currently boasts a 70kg and 30kg roaster although another 70 kg roaster is soon to be installed.
A front of house café with helpful and smiley staff offers award winning coffees, great food, and drinks including a huge selection of coffee beans and brewing implements ideal for the home or office. In the first of two adjoining showrooms an amazing selection of coffee machines, grinders and café supplies are on show and in the other, a barista training academy has been established.
