There comes a time when one should show gratitude to all who have supported my endeavours in bringing to the hospitality industry deep insights and thoughts in ways to take one’s business to the next level.
In truth I could spend time writing article after article in achieving the above task. This time however I would like to personally acknowledge and sincerely thank Justin Gardner from Pound Coffee Roastery who has consistently been pro-active in promoting my book ‘Owning a Café or Coffee Shop’ to industry participants.
For the record Justin and his team constitute one of the good guys in the coffee roasting world operating his business with integrity while providing his clients with a quality product.
