Recently I had the pleasure of interviewing one of Australia’s most respected and truly knowledgeable coffee expert’s, the humble yet legendary Nolan Hirte founder of Proud Marys in Victoria.
His journey and the people positively affected because of his love for the industry from coffee growers, his employees and customers alike are testament to the great yet genuine character and soul of this man.
