Enter the Folk and Merchant café, a venue that oozes beautiful, tasty food including a range of gluten free and vegetarian options, an array of healthy drinks and amazing specialty coffee thanks to Kaltiva Coffee Roasters. Laura is a person with a beautiful soul and as a hardworking mum, wife, and visionary business owner she realized that given the incredible number of hospitality businesses that exist all of which fight daily for customers to genuinely succeed she must create an enterprise that is fresh, unique, and special.
On entering Folk and Merchant one senses immediately a friendly, almost family atmosphere and given there is a large, safe, and secure outdoor area those with young children now have a venue they can relax and enjoy the offerings.
Laura has organized mindfulness workshops, art, candle, and food classes and so much more. Live music shows and other events are constantly on the agenda but most importantly the one thing that stands out is that this café is now truly a community hub.
