One of Western Australia’s most under utilized tourist towns has recently been given a hospitality boost. The site of the local Post Office has been transformed into something very special in the form of the newly owned and renovated, Jarrahdale local PO and Kitchen.

Owners Adam and Lan Gianatti have amalgamated western culture with a distinctive Asian influence. A commercial kitchen allows for a great sit-down menu, wholesome and tasty take home meals, or other great offerings, such as pastries, toasties, paninis, cakes, etc. Amazing coffee is supplied by Fiori Coffee Roasters.

Adam is a born and bred Jarrahdale local with his father’s functioning orchard still producing some of the regions finest fruit. Lan has a Vietnamese heritage and with that she brings the tastes of Asia to this impressive business.

 A strong desire to help Jarrahdale become a tourist destination is reflected in efforts of Adam and Lan. They are fast becoming ambassadors for this once iconic town. Local produce and crafts are slowly but surely being added to their offerings together with a range of convenience items.

 The in-house post office also allows locals to be known by name. If passers-by or tourists wish for any information than this is the place to find it as local knowledge is in Adams DNA. Soon a five-bedroom Air B & B will also soon be available for bookings. Catering and picnic packs can now be organized if required.

 This multi-purpose venue is a must to visit and as ones feeds off Lan’s energy and hospitality, they will feel happier than when they first entered.
