A truly inspirational story is that of Varuna Tzavellas. Here is a girl who arrived in this country from Mauritius unable with no family to speak of yet holding one clear and distinct goal, to make a name for herself in the world of hospitality.
A goal that now has been achieved in spades. With the strong support of her husband Frank and in essence the support of her 40 plus workforce Varuna can now stake a claim that she is genuinely impacting hospitality industry in a large and positive way.
From humble beginnings Varuna mastered English then became a qualified chef progressing to owning and operating a coffee drive through. This expanded to include four mobile coffee vans culminating into what are now two flourishing cafes, Little T’s, and Lakeview Café.
These cafes offer room for mums and bubs, play areas for kids, spacious room allowing comfort for all ages, in essence they are both family friendly cafes.
The food has one major proviso in that they ooze flavour with every mouthful leading one to want more. Varuna bases the quality and taste of her food on a simple requirement. If she thinks it doesn’t look and taste good in her eyes, then she would not expect anyone else to endure it either. In other words, her food must have a wow factor attached.
Amazing coffee is supplied by Leftfield coffee Roasters with an assortment of tea and other beverages available to cater for all tastes. Those wishing for a private function Little T’s comfortably caters for up to 180 people.
