Credit must go to the odd couple in the coffee roasting industry, legendary owners Rocky Balboa, oops I mean Rocky Veneziano and his partner in this amazing company Craig Dixon.
Their continued success is also a direct result of an amazing team numbering roughly 120 all of whom work tirelessly in bringing something truly special to the hospitality industry.
Of course, no company can reach its full potential without a constant and satisfied band of loyal customers. Rocky, Craig and their team understand this concept more than most consequently it is engrained in never taking anyone for granted.
With roasteries in Queensland and Victoria and stand-alone cafes in four states a wonderful culture has been forged in which there are no gimmicks. Happy staff, satisfied customers and the production of quality coffee is the benchmark of Veneziano.
It hard to imagine one company can roast let alone obtain such quantities of green beans. But thanks to the ability of those within the company this feat is achieved constantly.
